I really did not feel like cooking today. I first had a TMC Tower, then I made a salad from tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella, pine nuts, salmon and cilantro/garlic oil. And then I wanted dessert. I wanted something sweet and fast: No Cooking Required Mango Soup.
Defrost vanilla icecream of your choice, add cubed mango, and serve it in a martini glass (of course!) garnished with a few slices of mango.
