A few days ago I received an email from Alicia Jones, who writes for the Washington DC Examiner. She asked if she could link to my blog. Of course I said yes. And then I decided to up the ante and ask if she'd like to feature one of my recipes: she agreed!
Today, Alicia featured my Coconut Shrimp Soup recipe in the DC Dining Examiner's Recipe of the Week. I hope this becomes an on-going "relationship."
I promise to have something completely food related to post soon. It will most likely have to do with eating out, though, because I'm traveling to Savannah, GA this coming weekend to avoid the crowds that will be here for the Inauguration.
Not only am I excited to explore Savannah and its wonderful history, architecture, and food, but I'm also looking forward to seeing my friend Paige, who will be joining for a few days from Atlanta.
You are just getting all kinds of publicity! :) Congrats!!! Have fun is Savannah, I spent a day there once. It was really pretty!
ReplyDeleteWow, congratulation again. Now you becoming a famous girl.

ReplyDeleteHey,
ReplyDeleteI thought it was the other way around. I asked for the recipe. :) I've gotten so many compliments on it. Don't forget we'll feature the mini-frittatas for the Super Bowl. Thank you so much for the ideas. I'm looking for more DC food blogs. If you have some favorites, let me know.
Congratulations! That soup sound amazing!
