Not sure how many of you know this, but I do freelance blogging for Robyn Webb. She gives me the recipes, and I prepare them, take photos and post them on her website Fabulous Food Finds.
Why do I like freelancing for Robyn? Because it allows me to try new recipes, products, and gets my name and photographs to people who might otherwise not read my blog.
This week I made Gluten Free Ginger Cookies for Robyn's blog. You can find the recipe here.
I brought all the cookies that I made to work to share with my friends, and they were quite a hit. Although it's not a Valentine's day quite yet, I decided to make them in the shapes of hearts :)
Do you like my round mirror? I got it for free at a store that was going out of business! Love free things. I just asked construction workers that were taking things down if I could have them. There were a bit perplexed, but gave in.
If you are looking for some freelance recipe testers/photographers, please don't hesitate to contact me! I'll bring cookies.
